Heading out for a day’s worth of work, Ellen Pompeo was spotted earlier today (November 25) leaving her home in Los Feliz, CA.
The “Grey’s Anatomy” actress lost her baby weight impressively fast - as she just gave birth in September to her daughter, Stella, and looks thinner than ever!
Her hit ABC show will not be airing this week due to Thanksgiving, but will be back next week.
