Kanye West: Good Day in Court
Back in September 2008, he was arrested on suspicion of vandalism and battery at the Los Angeles International Airport, and today (October 23) Kanye West was dismissed of those charges.
The “Love Lockdown” singer – along with his manager, Don Crowley – reportedly confronted a paparazzo and smashed his camera, according to police.
Today, court commissioner, Mark Zuckman, dismissed the charges against both West and Crowley. City prosecutors opposed the dismissal, arguing that both defendants exhibited “felonious intent.”
After the hearing, Kanye’s lawyer, Blair Berk, told press that he is“very pleased the court granted dismissal of all charges” and that Kanye has agreed to perform community service for the American Red Cross
